At Fluvvo we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you entrust to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have over it. By using our website and our services, you accept the practices described in this policy.
01. Who we are
Fluvvo is a service operated by Fluvvo Holding LLC ("Fluvvo", "we"), a company incorporated in the United States. Fluvvo provides payment collection infrastructure for digital service providers in Latin America. For any question about this policy or about how your data is processed, you can write to us at hola@fluvvo.com.
02. What information we collect
We collect the following information when you fill in our forms (for example, when you book a meeting or request access to the platform): first and last name; company name; national ID or tax ID (DNI / CUIT / CUIL); phone number; email address; type of company; Instagram profile (personal or business); type of product or service you offer; and approximate monthly revenue.
We also automatically collect certain technical information when you browse our site, such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and interaction data, through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).
03. How we use your information
We use the data we collect to: contact you and arrange meetings or demos of the platform; assess whether our services fit your profile and needs; manage your potential onboarding as a Fluvvo user; send you communications about the service, news or the launch of the platform; improve our website, products and user experience; and comply with legal, regulatory and fraud-prevention obligations.
04. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (which you give when you fill in our forms), the need to manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between you and Fluvvo, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
05. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with: service providers that help us operate (for example, scheduling tools, email platforms, analytics and cloud storage); payment infrastructure, identity verification (KYC/KYB) and compliance providers, when needed to provide the service; and authorities, when there is a legal obligation or a valid request.
Because Fluvvo Holding LLC operates from the United States and serves users in Latin America, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one where you live. In those cases, we take reasonable measures so that your data receives an adequate level of protection.
06. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and while there is a relationship with you or a legal obligation that requires it. After that, we delete or anonymize it securely.
07. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, including third-party tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to analyze how the site is used, measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and improve your experience. These tools may collect information about your browsing and use it to show you personalized ads on third-party platforms (such as Meta/Facebook and Instagram). You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, and adjust your ad preferences on the corresponding platforms.
08. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, update or request the deletion of your personal data, as well as to object to or restrict certain processing and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to us at hola@fluvvo.com.
In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Agency for Access to Public Information), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding breaches of personal data protection rules.
09. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. However, no system is completely infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Minors
Our services are intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of the document. We recommend that you review it regularly.
12. Contact
